My name is Lauren Consolazio. I have been a life long resident of the North Shore and love all it has to offer. The beaches, farms, walking trails, easy commute to the city, mountains or the Cape. You can have a country life, seaside cottage or modern downtown loft all in our community. That is why I got my EcoBroker Certification. It fits with my values and lets me have a positive impact on our environment and help people improve their quality of life in a healthy, comfortable and cost effective home. Check out the “Why Work wtih an EcoBroker Page” to find out more. Before I started with Keller Williams, I worked with educators and museums in Boston teaching and writing professional development programs and curriculum. At the same time my husband and I were looking for a home. We found our niche in the real estate market by buying homes that needed “sprucing up”, putting hard sweat equity into the property and then selling. This began my interest in real estate.
After having my first child, I left the teaching world and decided to focus on real estate. Now I use my skills as an educator to guide people through the process of buying and selling a home. I am a member of my office Agent Leadership Council, a certified eAgetnc.com, and an EcoBroker. With this knowledge I can help make your next move a better one. Have a question? Want to know the value of your home in today’s market? Thinking of starting your home search. Fill out the info below and I’ll be in touch soon.
I look forward to working with you!
